Day 1 of NaBloPoMo

Today is the first day of writing one blog per day for a month. I'm both excited and slightly intimidated by such a prospect. Am I excited? Yep. Am I nervous? Heck yeah! Did I eat all of the Reece's peanut butter cups out of the halloween candy bowl? You'd better believe it!

Some days may be boring and useless blurbs, while others may be humorous, fascinating or downright anger inducing. You be the judge.

As for today, I am going to leave you with a belated halloween photo of a rather awesome pumpkin from up in the TRU.

Consider this a happy belated halloween or the earliest Happy Halloween 2009 of the year.

And, I love Reese's peanut butter cups. It's one of the best parts of Halloween.

  3. Happy NaBloPoMo to you too. It's fun and crazy, and not necessarily in that order. Don't worry though, it's not about quality, it's about consistency... er, yeah. Keep at it!

  5. Thanks for stopping by my site, www.andrewandcourtney.com! This is year 2 for me, so hopefully I can do it again. November 22nd, or so, rolls around and I feel pretty burned out!

  6. Good luck to you as well! I grew up in MD (yay Orioles!)--but way far down on the shore in a town called Bivalve (west of Salisbury). And just think--blogging every day has got to be easier than writing a novel in a month, right?

  8. Last year was the first time I participated in NaBloPoMo (which, coincidentally is queried by my spell check each time I use it. You'd think it would make it into the lexicon by now.)

I started writing every day on 10/23/07 (started a few days early just to see if I could do it) and haven't missed a day since.

Good luck, and thanks for stopping by my blog to say hi.

    :)

Let's look at it this way: at least we're not suffering from insanity alone! (:
